In 2021, a group of Black women in the Greater Toronto Area turned a pandemic-era meetup into something bigger: a collective that responds to the real barriers Black women face in business. What started as a place to share resources and honest advice is now a national movement focused on mentorship, access, and mutual uplift. When one crown is fixed, we all stand taller.
Support inside the Black Women Collective is designed to meet you where you are and grow with you as your business evolves. Whether you are in the early stages of building or looking to expand what you have already created, you are not expected to figure it out alone.
Our offers are built around the real needs we hear from Black women founders every day. They are designed to give you clarity, access, and consistent support so you can move forward with confidence.
Inside the Collective, you will find:

Join the Waitlist
Monthly in-person and virtual workshops, peer accountability pods, and networking that turn connections into tangible opportunities.
The Black Women Collective is a space designed to support Black women entrepreneurs in away that is both practical and deeply human. It exists to ensure that you have access to the tools, relationships, and knowledge you need to build a sustainable and successful business.
Inside the Collective, you are supported as a whole person, not just as a founder. The focus is not only on growth, but on building in a way that is aligned, supported, and sustainable.
We are here to help you do the work without the weight.
Double discrimination in hiring, lending, and procurement.
Less access to small business loans, venture funding, and favorable credit.
Exclusion from networks that lead to contracts and partnerships.
Disproportionate unpaid care responsibilities limit time for business growth.
Fewer generational financial resources to invest in business risk.
Lack of tailored, culturally competent business education.
Time zone: America/Toronto
