Who we are?

Fixing crowns, building legacies

In 2021, a group of Black women in the Greater Toronto Area turned a pandemic-era meetup into something bigger: a collective that responds to the real barriers Black women face in business. What started as a place to share resources and honest advice is now a national movement focused on mentorship, access, and mutual uplift. When one crown is fixed, we all stand taller.

To serve and empower Black women entrepreneurs across Canada and beyond through accessible, high-impact education, mentorship, and financial literacy programs. We cultivate a supportive, accountability-driven community that helps Black women build and sustain resilient, thriving businesses.

A world where systemic barriers no longer limit the economic opportunity of Black women. We aspire to be Canada’s leading non-profit collective mobilizing resources, mentorship, and funding to secure generational wealth, influence, and leadership for Black women entrepreneurs.
